Job summary

Credence seeks an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to support the AFLCMC/WAO/WBO division, handling administrative duties, MIS/IT oversight, and project leadership for DoD-related initiatives. The role requires strong policy understanding, data analysis, and cross-directorate coordination to ensure mission success for the F&A and WB Directorates.

Qualifications

• Active secret security clearance verifiable in DISS.
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field with 10 years of DoD experience, or Bachelor’s with 12 years of DoD experience.
• Experience with AFRIMS, DTS, SOCCER, ETMS2/TMT, MICT, PMRT and related systems.
• Proficiency in preparing reports, briefings, and training staff on DTS usage and procedures.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate across directorates and HQ USAF.
• Knowledge of DoD records management and information governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall division support for administrative functions, DTS, special projects, awards, training, and other non-acquisition support functions.
• Advise senior leaders, supervisors, and managers on special projects; research policies and prepare recommendations.
• Collect, measure, and interpret division data for accuracy and alignment with customer objectives.
• Serve as project manager for studies and projects; develop briefings and status reports.
• Coordinate across directorates, organizations, centers, MAJCOMs, and HQ USAF; prepare findings for leadership.
• Prepare clear, concise oral and written communications for diverse audiences.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining master files and file plans for classified and unclassified program data.
• Retrieve data via queries and reports; track deficiencies and actions for corrective action.
• Assist in self-inspections; prepare comprehensive reports and corrective actions.
• Assist in nominating packages for recognition programs and awards.
• Provide instruction to staff on submission/tracking in SharePoint and Task Management Tool (TMT).
• Track division suspense’s, staff packages, operating instructions, and correspondence.
• Support special projects by identifying needs, milestones, and evaluating reports.
• Support division tasks including data entry, reporting, and file management.
• Assist with office supply ordering and itemizing orders for Government procurement.
• Administer division travel orders and vouchers; prepare CONUS and OCONUS travel in support of meetings.
