Job summary

Credence is seeking an experienced Operations Management (HR) senior professional to support the AFLCMC/WAO/WBO division, handling HR policy, manpower analysis, records management, and MIS/IT oversight. You will coordinate with HR leadership, prepare organizational charts, and respond to management requests with data-backed insights.

Qualifications

• Active or current secret security clearance verifiable in DISS is required.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field with 10 years of experience, 5 years in DoD;
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, 5 years in DoD;
• 15 years related experience with proper certifications, 8 years in DoD.
• Must manage official records per AFI 33-322 Records Management and Information Governance Program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manpower, civilian position management and military data analysis to validate mission requirements for Fighters & Advanced Aircraft, Bombers, and F-35 programs.
• Coordinate actions with OM chiefs, HR leadership, senior management, and HR analysts; respond to HR requests and interpret data.
• Prepare organizational charts, unit manpower documents, and vacancy/closeout reports; advise on reclassification/restructuring impacts.
• Advise senior leaders on resource policy impacts; review regulations and provide recommendations.
• Represent the F/B Directorate with customers to maintain HR programs and establish effective working relationships.
• Assist in managing FRA each civilian pay period to ensure accurate time accounting.
