Job summary

Credence in the United States is seeking a senior Operations Management professional (Special Projects & Manpower) to support the OM Division (AFLCMC/WAO/WBO) and bridge directorates with HQ AFLCMC, HQ AFMC, and installations at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The role includes overseeing administrative functions, MIS/IT, DTS administration, and manpower planning, with a focus on ensuring timely execution of training, awards, records, and travel processes for mission-critical programs.

Qualifications

• Active secret security clearance required (verifiable in DISS).
• Master’s or Doctorate degree with 10 years of experience in the related discipline, 5 years DoD experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience in the related discipline, 5 years DoD experience.
• 15 years of directly related experience with relevant certifications, 8 years DoD experience.
• Experience handling official records per AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recognition programs across multiple aircraft programs and liaise with directorates.
• Provide staff training on submission and tracking of staff packages in SharePoint and SOCCER; manage MIS/IT and facilities.
• Support special projects by identifying needs, milestones, evaluating reports, and assisting with electronic file conversion.
• Perform admin tasks supporting OM functions: data entry, reporting, forms, mail handling, and secure material processing.
• Manage training program activities and budgets; track training information in ETMS and databases; process training requirements.
• Administer the Defense Travel System (DTS) at organization level; liaison with banks, travel offices, and travelers; support CONUS/OCONUS travel.
