Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, performing administrative, policy, and program support within the Plans and Programs Division. The role requires a Secret clearance, DoD experience, and DTS proficiency.

You will analyze data, prepare briefings, manage master files, support special projects, and train staff on processes like SharePoint and TMT. Travel coordination and recognition program administration are also part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• GED and at least five years of DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide division support for administrative tasks, DTS, special projects, awards, training, and other non-acquisition activities.
• Advise senior leaders and managers on special projects; perform research and provide recommendations affecting policy and procedures.
• Act as PM for special studies, initiatives, and projects; prepare and present status reports and findings.
• Collect and interpret data; assist in master file maintenance for program data (classified/unclassified); support data retrieval and reporting.
• Support self-inspections and produce detailed corrective action reports; revise policies to improve quality and efficiency.
• Process nomination packages for recognition programs; manage monetary and honorary awards.
• Provide staff training on procedures for submission/tracking of staff packages in SharePoint/TMT; track suspenses, staff packages, and correspondence.
• Assist with travel orders/vouchers; maintain knowledge of JTR, DoD FMR, and DTS rules; support CONUS/OCONUS travel.
• Remain current on DTS changes; train division personnel on usage; create travel authorizations and vouchers.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of classified materials.
