Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Startups Business Operations Senior Analyst to drive operational excellence across the Startups Sales organization. You will implement scalable processes, run data-driven decision making, and leverage GenAI-powered intelligence to connect strategy to execution.

You will manage forecasting, pipeline systems, and business reviews, build AI agents and automation, collaborating with AWS Sales, Solutions Architecture, Finance, and other Ops teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations or sales operations with measurable impact.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and AI/GenAI tools.
• Experience with GenAI tools and AI-powered automation.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Run and continuously improve business review cadences (Top Deals Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews) that connect strategy to execution, preparing materials and driving follow-up actions
• Maintain and enhance forecasting models and pipeline management systems, leveraging AI-powered automation to drive predictable business outcomes with increasing efficiency and precision
• Build and maintain business processes, reporting tools, and dashboards that enable data-driven decision making, leveraging GenAI-powered intelligence and both internal and external data sources
• Build and deploy AI agents and automation solutions for Startups-specific operational needs, driving adoption across field teams and contributing to the organization's intelligent automation capabilities
