Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced senior GenAI Startup Strategist to guide startup customers in adopting analytics, ML, and generative AI to accelerate growth and achieve product-market fit.

You will partner with founders, VCs, and AWS teams to craft startup-specific programs, drive go-to-market acceleration, and deliver investor-ready AI roadmaps with scalable patterns across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 6+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience.
• Experience working in or supporting sales, with preference for startup or high-growth contexts.
• Experience launching technical programs involving big data, analytics, AI and ML.

Responsibilities

• Align founders, tech leaders, and business stakeholders to explore AI value with startup-appropriate speed and efficiency.
• Mentor junior strategists and shape the startup engagement methodology.
• Discuss AI/ML concepts with startup executives, VCs, and founders across stages.
• Coordinate with AWS teams to drive startup engagements from ideation to delivery.
• Identify repeatable AI patterns to codify scalable programs and frameworks.
• Lead workshops with startup customers to uncover rapid value opportunities.
• Build relationships with VC/accelerator ecosystems to source AI-native startups.
