Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Startups is seeking an AI Operations Lead to join our Global Startups Operations team in San Francisco. This role drives AI adoption, operational execution, and go-to-market support across a globally distributed organization, shaping the internal rhythm and reporting on progress against goals.

You will identify automations, build AI-powered solutions, and partner with sales, marketing, and finance to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

Experience with data/analytics and using data to make decisions.
Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools and driving AI adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

Identify manual workflows ripe for automation, scope and build AI-powered solutions.
Coordinate working groups across AI workstreams and measure productivity impact of AI adoption.
Design and run team review cadences, track deliverables and milestones, surface risks early.
Support executive insights through data analysis and narrative development.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives including go-to-market motions and resource deployment.
