Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Startups Go-To-Market Operations (GTM Ops) Lead to join our Global Startups GTM Ops team in Seattle. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, surface strategic insights from large-scale data, and build AI-native solutions that scale the team's impact.

The role requires hands-on AI product building, deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, and the ability to partner with sales, finance, HR, legal and other stakeholders to optimize incentives,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or analytical roles within technology companies
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python), SQL, and Excel for manipulating and analyzing large datasets
• Experience building AI-native applications, agents, or automated workflows in a business context

Responsibilities

• Combine strong business acumen with hands-on AI product building skills
• Understand startup ecosystem and lifecycle stages; work directly with sales teams and leverage AI tools
• Design, build, and orchestrate AI agents, implement workflow automation, and develop evaluation criteria
