RBC Wealth Management in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Analyst for Operational Risk to execute U.S. risk practices and partner with Compliance and Group Risk Management to identify and manage risks across the business.

You will lead ORE events, maintain the control inventory, and oversee the issue management process while engaging with business partners and senior leadership to drive timely, effective risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute Operational Risk Events (OREs) and perform root cause analyses.
• Develop and maintain the control inventory and liaise with partners across the lifecycle.
• Identify, raise, and manage formal operational risk issues and track remediation.
