Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Senior Operational Risk Analyst to lead ORM programs across risk assessments, control monitoring, and issue management at Lake Elmo and other locations. You will drive robust risk evaluations, challenge First Line outputs, and partner with enterprise functions to strengthen controls.

The role requires strong governance reporting, mentoring of staff, and ability to deliver high-quality risk insights in a regional banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in operational risk, internal audit, compliance, or related area.
• Solid understanding of regulatory expectations and risk governance.
• Experience leading RCSAs, testing, and issue management.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ORM program enhancements including RCSAs, loss event management, and testing.
• Evaluate inherent risk, control effectiveness, and residual risk with evidence.
• Challenge First Line outputs; provide remediation actions and validation.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and governance materials for committees.
• Collaborate with First Line and enterprise functions to strengthen controls.
