Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking an Operational Planning Leader for Engine Component Repair Services (ECRS) to drive planning, forecasting, master scheduling, and capacity management across the ECRS organization. This high-visibility role translates demand, NPI needs, and site constraints into executable plans that boost performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational planning, master scheduling, supply chain, or related functions.
• Experience in repair, manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated technical services is preferred.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional alignment across teams and sites.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand, repair induction, NPI, and forecasts into executable plans across ECRS sites.
• Lead planning processes aligning customer demand, capacity, material, and priorities.
• Facilitate monthly planning reviews, identify risks, and elevate decisions to leadership.
• Develop and maintain master schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Convert monthly forecasts into weekly schedules balancing demand and capacity.
• Lead capacity planning across labor, equipment, suppliers, and materials.
• Conduct scenario planning and mitigation for changing demand and capacity.
• Monitor schedule adherence, backlog health, and on-time delivery metrics.
• Resolve planning data integrity issues and scheduling conflicts.
• Support customer-facing teams with analysis and operational recovery plans.
• Create visibility across commitments, inputs, and execution plans.
