Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Director, NPI Strategy for Engine Component Repair Services (ECRS) segments. This executive role leads the development and execution of a global NPI strategy across Aero, Power Generation, Military, and APU platforms to identify growth opportunities and expand repair capabilities.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Business Development, Customer Support, and site leadership to prioritize investments, build business cases, and drive long-term portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in aerospace or industrial gas turbine engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results.
• Knowledge of FAA/EASA regulatory requirements governing aerospace repair and NPI activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NPI strategy for ECRS segments across aero, power generation, military, and APU platforms.
• Evaluate repair portfolio to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Build business cases for new repair capabilities and investments.
• Partner with sites, ECOE, and MARRCOM to prioritize NPI initiatives.
• Manage NPI hopper using yield, inspection, and repair performance data.
• Engage with global customers to understand demand and opportunities.
• Support OEM approvals and qualification programs for NPI portfolios.
