Job summary
Chromalloy is seeking a Director, NPI Strategy - Engine Component Repair Services (ECRS) Segments (New Engines) to lead development and execution of the NPI strategy across multiple engine platforms. You will identify growth opportunities, drive repair capabilities, and partner with engineering, business development, and site leadership to prioritize investments and deliver market-ready solutions.
The role requires a senior leader with deep aerospace repair experience, strong cross-functional
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years in aerospace/industrial gas turbine engineering, including repair development and related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the NPI strategy for ECRS Segments across Aero, Power Generation, Military, and APU platforms.
- Build and present business cases for new repair capabilities and growth initiatives.
- Partner with sites and functions to prioritize and execute NPI initiatives and optimize the NPI hopper.
