Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking an Operational Planning Leader for Engine Component Repair Services to drive planning, forecasting, and capacity management across the ECRS organization. You will translate demand, induction needs, and NPI requirements into executable plans and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in operational planning, master scheduling, or related fields.
• Experience in repair, manufacturing, or complex technical environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand, induction, and forecast into executable plans across ECRS sites.
• Lead planning processes aligning demand, capacity, and priorities.
• Facilitate monthly reviews, identify risks, and present decisions to leadership.
• Develop master schedules to meet delivery commitments and objectives.
• Convert forecasts into detailed weekly schedules balancing capacity and needs.
• Lead capacity planning across labor, equipment, suppliers, and quality.
• Perform scenario planning and mitigation for demand changes.
• Monitor schedule adherence, backlog health, and on-time delivery.
• Resolve planning issues and data integrity concerns promptly.
• Provide analysis and recovery plans to customer-facing teams.
• Standardize planning processes across sites and drive improvements.
