Job summary

Yusen Logistics Americas Inc. seeks an Operational Key Account Manager III to lead day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, ensuring service excellence and growth. You will coordinate with operations, sales and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

You will oversee SOP adherence, monitor KPIs, and proactively propose new services and efficiencies to support client development plans and revenue growth across global networks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operational experience in international freight forwarding or similar logistics role.
• At least 4 years of IFF operational account management or departmental management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the logistics industry.
• High School Diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus.
• Previous experience managing direct reports preferred.
• Ability to use various operational systems and reporting tools to review and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all international freight forwarding operations as primary resource for problem resolution between customer and operations.
• Act as primary contact for non-routine operational matters between customer and operations team.
• Monitor and enforce SOPs across branch offices and improve processes.
• Communicate with customer to maximize satisfaction and service quality.
