The role leverages Black Belt Lean Six Sigma and change leadership to drive measurable outcomes in regulated manufacturing.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and Finance to execute DMAIC/PDCA projects, build capabilities, develop standard work, dashboards, and visual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in OpEx/PM/CI in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years in OpEx/PM/CI in manufacturing or related.
• Proven cross-functional Lean Six Sigma project leadership with sustained results.
• Advanced Lean Six Sigma knowledge: DMAIC/PDCA, value stream mapping, kaizen events, 5S, SMED, visual management, standard work, SPC, and mistake proofing in regulated operations.

Responsabilités

• Translate site strategy into an annual OpEx plan with KPI-linked projects.
• Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects from define to control.
• Develop charters, baselines, targets, scope and success criteria.
• Build dashboards and track benefits and KPI trends to leadership.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training from awareness to Green Belt and coach teams.
• Establish standard work and visual management; sustain audit readiness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change leadership.
