Qualifications

• 6+ years in utility operations or related field.
• GMP environment experience.
• Experience leading or managing others.
• Experience with CMMS or data tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily utility system operations including gases, cooling, steam, HVAC, boilers.
• Supervise and train utility operators.
• Troubleshoot issues while ensuring GMP and safety compliance.
• Implement energy-saving measures to reduce costs.
• Prepare for emergencies and outages.
• Maintain SOPs and document incidents.
• Participate in cross-department meetings.
• Assist in safety risk assessments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
