Qualifications

8+ years of maintenance experience in DP/DSM operations or related
Experience leading, supervising, or managing others
Experience in GMP environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

Supervises a team of maintenance technicians within DP/DSM ensuring continuous learning and development
Manages and oversees preventive maintenance and repairs on DP/DSM equipment
Troubleshoots DP/DSM system issues and coordinates timely repairs while maintaining safety and compliance
Performs routine inspections and identifies cost-saving improvements
Responds to equipment failures and emergencies to sustain operations
Maintains maintenance records and updates SOPs as needed
Participates in cross-departmental meetings to provide technical expertise
Supports process improvement initiatives and safety procedures
Assists with after-hours emergency work orders as needed
