Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Senior Project Manager, Strategy & Execution to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives aligning with site strategy. You will translate strategy into usable roadmaps, establish governance, and ensure benefits realization across Operations, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and HR.

The role partners with site leadership to prioritize, plan, and deliver programs on time and within budget while building project management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading projects/programs.
• Experience in site/manufacturing, operations, or life sciences environments.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-workstream programs and mature PMO/portfolio practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, site-critical projects and multi-workstream programs from charter to benefits realization.
• Establish and run governance, steering committees, and risk management across functions and vendors.
• Drive portfolio planning, resource/capacity planning, and sequencing to optimize throughput and value.
• Develop business cases, define KPIs, and report value realization to Site Leadership.
