Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/operations/Operational Excellence, incl. pharma.
• 5+ years of senior leadership/management in manufacturing/OPEx.
• Expert Lean knowledge: 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Kanban, problem solving.
• Strong Six Sigma and DMAIC knowledge and application.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Led complex cross-functional improvements with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, productivity, yield, waste, cost, quality, and delivery.
• Proven project management, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to coach across levels and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead site-wide Operational Excellence initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and structured problem solving.
• Identify opportunities and develop future-state solutions with measurable impact.
• Manage multiple improvement initiatives aligned with site priorities.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, yield, waste reduction, quality, service, and cost improvements.
• Create implementation plans with milestones, resources, and KPIs.
• Sustain improvements post-implementation and enable scale.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS.
