Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across all systems.
• Maintain Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire and Life Safety systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor, record system readings and adjust to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, including hazardous materials handling and workplace safety standards.
• Oversee the quality and cost of work performed by external contractors and vendors.
