Job summary

HarmonyTech is seeking an Application Workflow SME to deliver expert guidance on ECM/BPM architectures using OpenText AppWorks and Content Server. You will analyze government and technical teams on effective EIM/COTS usage to meet workflow needs in the NCR region, with eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Requirements include 10+ years in health IT, 5+ years in ECM/BPM, strong ECM/BPM/EIM knowledge, and experience evaluating COTS with government teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in Health IT and secure automated ECM implementations.
• 5+ years with Content Management Systems and BPM.
• Experience providing technical analysis and recommendations for enterprise workflows.
• Experience implementing and supporting ECM and workflow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ECM, BPM, and EIM.
• Experience with Government and technical teams evaluating COTS solutions.
• Ability to provide guidance for current and future product versions.
