Job summary

B&A is seeking an Application Workflow SME to support the DHA CBIS program, focusing on OpenText AppWorks and Content Server in an AWS GovCloud environment. You’ll guide governmental teams on ECM/BPM usage and future upgrades for mission-critical workflows serving service members and families.

The role is a full-time, National Capital Region position requiring readiness to travel to Falls Church, VA within two hours of contract award. DOE guidance provided.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of OpenText AppWorks and Content Server.
• Translate business workflow requirements into ECM/BPM solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication with Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in ECM and BPM products, especially AppWorks and Content Server.
• Advise Government on optimal use and upgrades of COTS products.
• Assess impact of new workflow requirements on production platform.
• Develop wireframes, data models, and proof-of-concept builds.
• Support records management per NARA and DoDI 5015.02.
