Job summary

Leidos seeks an Application Workflow SME for the Health and Services Sector to provide expert guidance on ECM/BPM products, with a focus on OpenText AppWorks and Content Server, to meet complex workflow requirements for government customers.

You will analyze current and future product versions, advise on optimal upgrade cadences, and support government teams with cost estimates, implementation scoping, and training materials. Onsite in Reston, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science; master’s degree desirable.
• 10+ years of technical experience related to Health IT and secure automated ECM systems implementation.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Content Management Systems & BPM.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in ECM/BPM products, especially OpenText AppWorks and Content Server.
• Analyze and recommend how to best use EIM/BPM COTS products to meet workflow requirements.
• Advise on upgrade cadences for current and future versions of COTS products.
• Assess impact of new workflow requirements on the production platform and support effort estimates.
• Collaborate with functional teams to improve user workflows and UI, including wireframes and data models.
• Support records management capabilities meeting NARA and DoDI 5015.02 requirements (HAIMS, DMACS Archive, FILER migrations).
• Coordinate with OpenText Professional Services on activities needing manufacturer expertise.
• Support training materials, user guides, and administrator guides when workflow functionality changes.
