Leidos Health and Services Sector seeks an Application Workflow SME to provide ECM/BPM expertise, focusing on OpenText AppWorks and Content Server, and to advise government teams on best use of EIM/BPM COTS products for workflow requirements. The role also involves suggesting upgrade cadences and supporting training materials.

The position requires onsite presence in the DC metro area, US citizenship for a Public Trust, and 10+ years in Health IT with secure ECM systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; master’s degree desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in Health IT and secure ECM systems implementation.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Content Management Systems & BPM.
• Ability to translate business workflow requirements into ECM/BPM solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication with Government stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expertise in ECM and BPM products, especially OpenText AppWorks and Content Server.
• Analyze and recommend how to best use EIM/BPM COTS to meet workflow requirements.
• Advise on optimal upgrade cadence for current and future product versions.
• Assess impact of new workflow requirements and support effort estimates.
• Collaborate with functional teams to improve user workflows, UI, and data models.
• Support records management capabilities meeting NARA/DoDI 5015.02 requirements.
• Coordinate with OpenText Professional Services and assist with training materials.
