Job summary

Pivot Path Solutions, LLC, based in the Washington, D.C. Metro area, seeks a Senior Systems Developer to sustain and modernize the DHA Enterprise Information Management platform hosted in AWS GovCloud.

You will design and build workflows, configure AppWorks and Content Server, and deliver features in 3-week production cycles within an agile team. You will work with government teams to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and ensure security compliance while integrating OpenText and healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of technical experience related to Health IT.
• Experience with DoD agile development processes (DoDI 5000.02).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, test, and debug new EIM application workflows and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Government and support teams to resolve issues and implement modifications.
• Coordinate technical requirements with the customer during workflow development.
• Develop and configure workflows using OpenText AppWorks and Content Server on a multi-tenant healthcare platform.
• Deliver user stories through agile sprint cycles, including planning, development, testing, demos, and retrospectives.
• Analyze, fix, and close trouble tickets in ServiceNow and support after-hours deployments.
• Build interfaces (HL7, FHIR, IHE, DICOM) and migrate to MuleSoft; keep security findings at CAT I/II-free.
• Leverage AI tools to reduce development time and improve deployments.
• Provide updated source code, technical documentation, and design/interface data dictionaries with each release.
