Job summary
TechDigital Group seeks a Senior Technical Analyst to support the deployment, validation, and release of a global Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platform (OL:CDS). You will manage OL:CDS deployments, AIC builds, and troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with client teams to ensure lab migration plans are followed.
Responsibilities include authoring IQ/OQ test scripts, SDLC documentation, and 1:1 and group training. Travel to Rahway and West Point may be required for on-site work.
Qualifications
- Hands-on administration and support for Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platforms.
- Experience configuring, deploying, upgrading, validating, and troubleshooting OL CDS 2.x systems.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration, build, validation, and release activities for OL:CDS platform releases.
- Manage lab deployment resources in AIC builds and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with client project teams to ensure deployments meet migration plans.
- Author and execute IQ/OQ tests and maintain SDLC documentation.
- Provide on-site support for AIC PCs, deployment troubleshooting, and instrument connections.

Job description
Must Have's:
• Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x Administration & Support
Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, upgrading, validating, and troubleshooting Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platforms, including instrument and software connectivity issues.
• Infrastructure & Cloud Management (Microsoft/AWS)
Strong experience with Microsoft and AWS infrastructure, including cloud resource provisioning, platform architecture support, AIC deployments, and system administration.
• CSV/Validation & Regulated Environment Experience
Proven experience in GxP-regulated environments with IQ/OQ documentation, test script authoring, and execution, UAT support, SDLC documentation, and chromatography system upgrades.
The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for supporting configuration, build, validation, & release activities for the successful release of a global enterprise Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platform (OL:CDS), supporting and managing lab deployment resources in Agilent Instrument Controllers (AIC) builds, deployments, & troubleshooting efforts, and oversight of post-release operational/support activities.
Core responsibilities include:
• Assist technical lead with OL:CDS platform architecture design
• Request and configure AWS cloud resources for OL:CDS platform architecture and business work flow requirements
• Manage daily/weekly activities of the OL:CDS deployment resources
• Primary point of contact and technical support for the OL:CDS deployment resources (Acronis PC image build and use for AIC PCs, AIC deployment troubleshooting, and instrument connection troubleshooting)
• Coordination of activities with Client project core team to ensure AIC's are deployable according to lab migration plan
• Responsible for authoring/execution of all requirement test scripts and SDLC documentation is completed
• Interact with Client project core and extended teams, attending meetings as necessary.
Required skills/experience:
• Direct experience with Microsoft & AWS products, services, infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platforms, including troubleshooting instrument & software connection issues
• Strong understanding of supporting chromatography data systems with 400+ users and instruments in a pharmaceutical R&D space (GxP & non-GxP)
• Demonstrated supervisory experience of small teams
• Proven experience with upgrading chromatography data systems in a regulated environment
• Experience developing IQ/OQ test cases and supporting testers through UAT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to explain technical configuration decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel to Rahway and/or West Point, as necessary, for on-site efforts
• Proven success producing IQ/OQ documentation and training materials, conducting 1:1 and group training sessions
• Previous experience using Confluence, JIRA, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow are a plus.
