Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Manager, OMR to own all facets of the Area Open Market Residential line-of-business. You will identify, build, implement, and manage sales and marketing programs to grow and retain our OMR customer base, and meet assigned revenue growth targets.

In this remote role, you will coordinate with Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, Maintenance, Billing, and Area Leadership to drive programs and monitor performance metrics, while traveling for internal meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• High School Diploma or GED with four years of relevant work experience.
• 7 years of experience in Sales Management or Operations, including at least two years of B2C marketing experience.
• 4 years sales experience with accountability for sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify Marketing business solutions that generate growth and customer loyalty.
• Develop marketing campaigns and integrate WM service offerings into OMR strategy.
• Maintain and meet assigned revenue growth targets for OMR and forecast growth for partners.
• Oversee efforts to reduce lost business due to late or non-payment of invoices.
• Drive communication and accountability of OMR across the organization.
• Communicate OMR performance metrics clearly in written and oral form.
• Maintain corporate standardizations and best practices from the OMR team.
• Collaborate with Pricing on growth strategies and understand ancillary service charges.
• Manage marketing spend budget and track campaign returns.
• Establish and maintain communication with Public Sector Director and Sr. District Managers to ensure Quality of Service.
• Travel for internal meetings or projects across the Area.
