Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Manager, OMR responsible for owning all facets of the Area Open Market Residential line of business. The role requires identifying, building, implementing, and managing sales and marketing projects to grow and retain our OMR customer base, while meeting sales growth targets for OMR.

The position demands strong communication skills to coordinate OMR projects with Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, Maintenance, Billing, and Area Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of degree accepted.
• High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant work experience required.
• 7 years of prior work experience in Sales Management or Operations with at least 2 years in B2C marketing.
• 4 years sales experience with accountability for sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify marketing business solutions that generate growth and customer loyalty.
• Lead marketing campaigns across social media and direct customer campaigns.
• Maintain revenue growth targets for OMR and forecast growth with partners.
• Oversee efforts to reduce lost business due to late/invoicing.
• Communicate OMR performance to internal partners and leadership.
• Coordinate OMR metrics and reporting with stakeholders.
