Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Manager, OMR to own the Area Open Market Residential line of business. The role will identify, build, implement, and manage sales and marketing projects to grow and retain the OMR customer base.

The position requires strong communication to coordinate with internal partners in Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, Maintenance, Billing, and Area Leadership. Travel may be required to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.
• 7 years of prior work experience in Sales Management or Operations including at least two years of B2C marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify Marketing business solutions that generate growth and customer loyalty.
• Manage social media campaigns and direct customer/prospect campaigns.
• Maintain revenue growth targets for the OMR line of business.
• Oversee efforts to reduce lost business due to late or non-payment of invoices.
• Drive communication and accountability of OMR within the Customer Experience department.
• Communicate OMR performance metrics clearly in writing and orally.
• Maintain corporate standardizations and best practices from the OMR team.
• Collaborate with Pricing on growth strategies and understand ancillary service charges.
• Manage marketing spend and track returns from campaigns.
• Maintain high-level communication with Public Sector Director and Sr. District Managers to assure Quality of Service.
• Travel as needed for internal meetings or projects.
