Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Manager, OMR to own all facets of the Area Open Market Residential line of business. You will identify, build, and manage marketing projects to grow and retain the OMR customer base, and meet sales growth targets across the region.

The role requires strong communication to coordinate with Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, Maintenance, Billing, and Area Leadership. Travel as needed and remote work considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4 years of relevant work experience in Sales/Operations (B2C marketing experience).
• 2 years of Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing experience with examples of past campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify Marketing solutions that drive growth and customer loyalty; ensure ROI.
• Lead social media and direct customer campaigns; integrate WM service offerings into OMR strategy.
• Maintain revenue growth targets and forecast growth with partners.
• Oversee efforts to reduce lost business due to late or unpaid invoices.
• Drive clear communication of OMR performance with stakeholders; implement initiatives.
