WM is seeking a Senior Manager, OMR to own all facets of the Area Open Market Residential line of business. The role drives growth, builds campaigns, and coordinates with Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, and leadership to hit sales targets.

The position requires strong communication, the ability to travel for internal projects, and a remote work setup as part of WM's flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of degree.
• High School Diploma or GED with four years of relevant work experience.
• 7 years in Sales Management or Operations with at least 2 years B2C marketing experience.
• 4 years sales experience with accountability for sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify Marketing solutions that generate growth and customer loyalty and ensure ROI.
• Lead social media and direct campaigns; integrate WM service offerings into OMR strategy.
• Maintain revenue growth targets and forecast growth with internal partners.
• Oversee efforts to reduce lost business due to late or non-payment invoices.
• Drive clear communication of OMR performance metrics within the organization.
