Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Manager for Open Market Residential (OMR) to own the entire OMR line of business, driving growth and customer retention. The role coordinates with Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, Maintenance, Billing, and Area Leadership to meet sales targets and deliver ROI on marketing programs.

The candidate will lead social media campaigns, integrate WM services into OMR strategy, and oversee budgeted marketing spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years relevant experience.
• 7 years in Sales Management or Operations, with 2+ years B2C marketing.
• 4 years of sales experience with accountability for targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify Marketing business solutions that generate growth and customer loyalty.
• Manage social media campaigns and integrate WM service offerings into OMR strategy.
• Forecast growth and maintain revenue targets for the OMR line of business.
• Oversee efforts to reduce lost business due to late or non-payment of invoices.
• Drive communication and accountability of OMR within Customer Experience and with leadership.
• Communicate OMR performance metrics clearly in writing and meetings.
• Maintain corporate standardizations and best practices from the OM R team.
• Collaborate with Pricing on growth strategies and understand all service charges.
• Manage marketing spend and track returns on campaigns.
• Maintain high-level communication with Public Sector Director and Sr. District Managers for QoS.
• Travel as needed for meetings or projects across the Area.
