Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. is seeking a senior leader in Operations IT Engagement. You will guide strategic IT decisions, work with OpCo Presidents and CFOs, and shape how enterprise capabilities are adopted across the organization.

You will build and scale a consultative practice, drive customer success, and ensure demand alignment with Enterprise IT. This role requires deep industry knowledge and executive presence to navigate a federated operating model.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategic IT advisory and leadership roles.
• Experience leading large cross-functional client engagements with senior executives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate tech strategy into business value.
