Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a Vice President of Operations for QISG Engineering to lead multiple divisions, drive growth, and deliver high-quality service.

The role oversees about 400 employees and ~ $80M in annual revenue, with accountability for performance, client satisfaction, and talent development. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• PE license preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience.
• 10+ years of management-level experience in utilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute company goals, providing operational expertise and guidance.
• Partner across divisions and departments to ensure alignment and successful delivery of organizational objectives.
• Present regular performance updates, metrics, and operational insights to senior leadership.
• Communicate project updates, priorities, schedules, and development needs across divisions.
• Achieve financial control and profitability targets for each division.
• Identify new business opportunities and expanded scopes within existing client relationships.
• Develop divisional strategies to grow profitable business, including evaluating self‑perform vs. subcontractor execution.
• Assess and communicate areas of risk and profitability to guide project team decision‑making.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely and effective responses to client needs.
