Job summary

EPITEC is seeking a Recruiter 2 in Irving, TX for a 12-month contract to support production, engineering, and business roles. The recruiter will partner with managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews and offers.

This role emphasizes high-volume and technical recruiting in a fast-paced environment. The position is 100% onsite with travel up to 25% to Fort Worth, Midland, or Peoria.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a relevant degree.
• Five years of recruiting experience with an associate degree.
• Six or more years of experience with a high school diploma.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, skilled trades, manufacturing, or related areas.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle and multiple requisitions concurrently.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn and Indeed recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and priorities.
• Handle 20–30 active requisitions across multiple functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify candidates.
• Source via LinkedIn, Indeed, networks, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Review applications, conduct screenings, and present qualified candidates.
• Build pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communications with candidates and teams.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-employment steps.
• Track metrics and provide regular recruiting updates.
