Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a Project Site Leader to provide world class on-site leadership for large, long‑duration projects, serving as the primary Vertiv on-site technical representative from start-up through site acceptance testing and project completion.

The role requires coordinating with the Project Manager to drive cost controls, schedule adherence, resource management, and a positive customer experience, while leading a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Six years military experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial construction management.
• Equivalent industry experience, leading and actively participating in start-up and commissioning of power and/or hvac equipment.

Responsibilities

• Leads a multi-disciplinary on-site team including Project Leaders, Installers, Technicians, Customer Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Represents Vertiv at daily customer meetings and coordinates on-site activities.
• Leads and supports start-up and site testing activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure sufficient manpower on-site each day to perform start-up and site testing work.
