Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Project Site Leader to provide world-class on-site leadership for large, long‑duration projects involving Vertiv power or thermal equipment in California. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to drive cost controls, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a multi‑disciplinary on‑site team, ensure startup/testing activities, and represent Vertiv in daily customer meetings while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary on-site teams.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements in customer meetings.
• Experience with startup, commissioning, and testing of power/ HVAC equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to site policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary on-site team including Project Leaders, Installers and Technicians.
• Represent Vertiv at daily customer meetings and coordinate schedule.
• Lead start-up and site testing activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure daily on-site manpower for startup/testing.
• Provide daily status reports to Service Management, Project Management and sales.
