Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks an experienced Site Leader to provide world class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects in data centers. You will act as the on-site Vertiv representative through start-up, testing, and project completion, coordinating with Project Managers, customers, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, maintain strong customer rapport, and drive on-site activities to deliver successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience leading start-up and commissioning of power and/or HVAC equipment.
• Six years military experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial construction management.
• Able to lead a multi-disciplinary on-site team.
• Strong communication and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project leadership from start-up through acceptance testing.
• Coordinate start-up and site testing activities with subcontractors.
• Maintain safety policies and daily toolbox talks.
• Provide daily status reports to management and sales.
• Ensure adequate manpower and schedule adherence.
