Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking an InSite Operations Manager II to lead on-site environmental operations at a key customer location.

You will drive day-to-day activities to maximize profitability, ensure safe and compliant service delivery, and plan for ongoing needs related to technology, facilities, labor, and equipment. You will develop and monitor KPIs, provide leadership to the InSite team, and collaborate with customer stakeholders and Clean Harbors leadership to continually improve program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years in operations management or environmental services.
• Mandatory training: RCRA, OSHA 24-hour HAZWOPER, DOT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of locations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate Health and Safety oversight of onsite employees supporting air, water, and hazardous waste programs.
• Maximize utilization of equipment and manpower to support productivity and profitability.
• Develop and measure operational and financial KPIs to drive cost control and continuous improvement.
• Establish processes to evaluate onsite personnel performance and set clear expectations.
• Ensure infrastructure, tools, and staff enable efficient business operations.
• Mentor onsite personnel and support succession planning and talent development within the InSite team.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer policies and environmental, health, safety standards.
• Provide timely reporting and data analysis to upper management on operations and financials.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Clean Harbors leadership to optimize program performance.
• Perform other duties to support InSite Program success.
