Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager II to lead onsite environmental operations at a key customer location. You will organize day-to-day operations to maximize profitability, ensure safe and compliant delivery of services, and plan for ongoing operational needs related to technology, facilities, labor, and equipment.

You will develop, monitor, and measure performance against KPIs while providing strong leadership to the onsite InSite team, driving continuous improvement and cost

Qualifications

• Experience leading onsite environmental programs at customer facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of locations, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant delivery.
• Lead Health and Safety oversight of onsite employees supporting customer programs.
• Maximize utilization of equipment and manpower to boost productivity and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Establish processes to measure performance of onsite personnel and set clear expectations.
• Provide timely reporting and analysis to upper management on operations and financial performance.
