Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 5+ years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers and drive growth, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence.
• Ensure each team member understands strategy and is set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to grow sales and service.
• Train new Managers and coach teams on leadership.
• Support ongoing training on policies, procedures, and methods.
