Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, guiding Managers to deliver best-in-class workforce solutions and an outstanding candidate and associate experience.

You will drive growth, manage KPIs and profitability, partner with Growth Operations and client teams, and build a diverse, high-performing team focused on client success and service excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios and leading multi-site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices across teams.
• Drive account retention and growth by meeting client requirements and expanding services.
• Own monthly performance, KPI analysis, and financials to positively impact the P&L and growth.
