Job summary

Cooler Master USA is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead material planning and logistics for our Houston manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes initial hands-on planning, with growth into broader team leadership while staying hands-on.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with production, procurement, and global supply chain teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, onsite in Houston.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
7–10 years of material planning, logistics, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
Experience with SAP ERP or comparable planning system.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.
Hands-on experience with production planning, inventory control, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Own material planning and logistics activities during the initial team buildout.
Develop material plans based on production schedules, forecasts, and inventory levels.
Monitor material availability and resolve shortages to support uninterrupted production.
Manage inventory levels, safety stock, lead times, and material flow.
Coordinate inbound, outbound, domestic, and international shipments.
Build, train, and lead the material planning and logistics team as the operation grows.
