Job summary

Cooler Master USA is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support inbound and outbound logistics at our Katy manufacturing facility. This onsite role coordinates receiving, shipping, transportation, customs documentation, and inventory movements to ensure uninterrupted production and on-time customer delivery.

The position collaborates with Warehouse, Production, Material Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams, and requires bilingual English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Minimum of three years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, receiving, or import/export; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with domestic and international shipments, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
• Working knowledge of HS codes, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs documentation, and import/export compliance.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
• Proficiency with SAP or a comparable ERP and inventory-management system.
• Strong Excel, data-entry, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to urgent manufacturing and shipment needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, domestic and international.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists.
• Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, trucking providers, and carriers.
• Support customs clearance, HS code verification, and import/export compliance.
• Coordinate receiving activities and ensure proper documentation and delivery.
• Maintain receipts, shipments, and inventory movements in SAP/ERP systems.
• Monitor shipment status, schedules, and freight costs; address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Material Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams.
• Coordinate finished-goods shipments to customers and channels.
• Maintain organized shipping records and generate logistics reports.
• Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery performance.
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and company policies.
