Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking an on-site IT Support specialist for our Atlanta office near I-75. You will triage, troubleshoot, document, and resolve a wide range of IT issues across Windows, macOS, AD, and cloud services while delivering concierge level service to executives and staff.

Join a team of 20+ IT professionals and an extended Motion IT organization. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / certifications.
• 3 years of experience or equivalent education / certifications.
• 5+ years of relevant IT support experience across multiple disciplines.
• Working knowledge of MACOS, Windows and O365 platform software; understanding of standard network architecture and security.

Responsibilities

• Fielding IT Support calls and tickets.
• On-site IT Support and Onboarding related tasks and projects.
• Research, documentation, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Special Project assignments.
• Asset Management.
• Network Operations.
