TEKsystems is seeking a Senior IT Support professional for on-site, contract-to-hire work at two NC locations. The role focuses on server management, Active Directory, Windows 11, and hardware support. Some travel to the Southeast may be required, with core hours 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in manufacturing/corporate IT environments, capable of handling project coordination and multi-location support.

Qualifications

• In-person, on-site support at NC locations.
• Understanding of manufacturing/corporate IT environments.
• Ability to work through all levels of issues and coordinate projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% on-site user support.
• Assist with printer troubleshooting and image PC deployments.
• Coordinate with project teams for regional support across locations.
