Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) preferred, or an additional four (4) years of related experience
• 10+ years of experience in engineering (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, civil), preferably within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or data centre environments
• 3+ years of senior-level construction management or design management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and integration of electrical controls systems, including SCADA, EPMS, switchgear, power distribution, and other critical building systems for life sciences and pharmaceutical facilities
• Provide technical input on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil system designs during planning, design reviews, and project execution phases
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure all systems meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead installation, testing, commissioning, and startup activities for building systems, ensuring compliance with project objectives and industry best practices
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle
