Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a seasoned EHS leader to develop and manage project-specific safety plans, oversee risk controls, conduct audits and lead safety culture on client sites. You will coordinate with contractors, perform incident investigations, and deliver trainings ensuring regulatory compliance.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor's in OH&S/CM/Engineering with 10+ years in construction safety and 3+ years in senior safety or design management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction/safety management, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• 3+ years of senior level safety management or design management experience.
• Foundational understanding of emergency action and crisis management plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and manage project-specific EHS plans aligned with policy and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee prevention strategies and controls for high-risk activities and sites.
• Ensure risk assessments are conducted and integrated into schedules and planning.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits and oversee HRA controls with corrective actions.
• Investigate and report incidents, injuries and near-misses with root-cause analysis.
• Lead safety meetings, participate in committees, and foster a safety culture.
• Prepare monthly safety management reports and coordinate with contractors/Owner.
• Deliver safety orientation and training, maintaining training records.
• Sign off on EHS plan compliance with Site Manager and Construction Manager.
• Onsite collaboration with clients and partners to enable delivery and relationships.
