Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Construction Supervisor to act as the on-site representative for energy projects in Linton, ND. You will monitor contractors, develop routing criteria, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and electrical standards while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

The role requires 11–15 years in routing, siting, and electrical construction with travel ~25% and 4–6 month assignments.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 11–15 years of experience in routing, siting and construction projects, especially electrical installations.
• Basic computer skills for logs and reports; understanding routing criteria.
• On-site work with third-party vendors and contractors; adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractor monitoring and oversight for assigned work.
• Develop and refine project routing criteria considering cost, engineering, and environmental constraints.
• Ensure OSHA, electrical and construction standards on-site.
• Act as on-site representative coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Create daily logs and progress photos; communicate updates to leadership.
• Oversee installation of electrical components: cable/conduit installation, splicing, testing, foundations.
• Apply Lockout Tagout procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Environmental Services, Legal, Development, and Land teams.
